Failure to attend your scheduled appointment and/or provide adequate notice of cancellation means that I cannot make that time available for another client. As I am a professional and conduct my business as such, please extend the same courtesy to me that you would to your attorney, physician, or stylist.
Payment is required up front in order to schedule your reading. This secures your appointment. If you wish to change the date beyond the original booking we request that you advise us as soon as you are aware of the changes.
It is YOUR responsibility to keep track of your appointment.
Rescheduling of pre-paid readings must be done at least 24 hours prior to your appointment, to allow time to fill the vacancy you have made in my schedule. Attempts to reschedule pre-paid readings with less than 24 hours notice are not valid and will be treated as cancellations or no-shows. In the event of a confirmed cancellation prior to 24 hours before your appointment, no fee will be charged and your appointment will be rescheduled at a later date mutually available. Please note this could be up to a week wait. Refunds will not be made if the appointment needs to be rescheduled.
In the event of a missed appointment with no notice or an appointment is missed without adequate notice of at least 24 hours, clients will be responsible for the cost of the appointment and your payment WILL NOT BE REFUNDED.
LATE TO APPOINTMENT
Should you arrive to your appointment late, I will be available for the remainder of the scheduled appointment time, and will spend that remaining time with you. No additional time will be added or made available as I maintain a very tight schedule and it would impose onto another scheduled appointment. Additionally, NO REFUND will be provided for the partially missed appointment time due to your failure to show up at the scheduled appointment time (in person or by phone).
